Guides are kept out of search engines by default. You can choose to allow indexing if you want your guide to be found.

No. Welcomly never takes a commission on bookings you take directly.

Yes. Your guide is a simple link that works however your guests booked.

Platforms set their own rules about off-platform contact and bookings, and Airbnb restricts encouraging guests to book outside Airbnb. You can switch the button off for any guide or choose where it points, so you can stay within each platform's rules.
