Before you get started
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open your guide in their phone's browser by tapping your link or scanning your QR code. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
Can I try Welcomly before I pay?
Yes. Building and previewing your guide is free. When you publish, you get 30 days free, then it's £4.99 a month per published guide. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Does it work with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo?
Yes. Your guide is a simple link, so you can share it in booking messages, confirmation emails or WhatsApp, and display the QR code in the property. You control the Book again direct button for each guide, so you can stay within each platform's rules.
Are my door codes and Wi-Fi password safe?
Sensitive details like Wi-Fi passwords and access codes are stored encrypted, and you can put any card behind a guest PIN so only people staying can see it.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes. Add as many properties as you like to one account. Each published guide has its own link, QR code and subscription.
