When do I start paying?
Building and previewing are free. When you publish a guide, you get 30 days free. Billing starts after the trial, at £4.99 a month for that guide.
Is the price per property?
It is per published guide. Most owners have one guide per property. Drafts are always free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel any guide's subscription from Billing in your account. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, and update your details anytime from Billing.
What do printed QR displays cost?
Printed acrylic stands and laminated A5 cards are optional extras you can order from your owner portal. Your downloadable QR code is always included free.
Do you offer anything for larger portfolios?
Every guide is £4.99 a month. If you manage a larger portfolio, email hello@welcomly.app and tell us what you need.
